Job Description Duties:  
The role in question is a Mid-Level Splunk Administrator. 
This role is pivotal for the daily operational management of our Splunk environment, including handling access control, configuration updates, data onboarding, and ensuring overall platform hygiene. 
The administrator will need to ensure that Splunk apps, indexes, and data flows function seamlessly, while also assisting with basic troubleshooting and verification tasks. 
The responsibilities will include managing and troubleshooting permission issues, maintaining user roles and access, and deploying Splunk apps and configurations. 
The role also involves maintaining and validating .conf entries, working with customers on data requirements and storage, and ensuring the health of data flows.
