About the Role

Job Description

Duties:

  • Design, implement, and manage lab IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization platforms, and network components.

  • Administer and optimize virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), including HA configuration, VM provisioning, live migration, and performance tuning.

  • Install & Mange Windows Server infrastructure and maintain Windows 10/11 lab endpoints.

  • Administer Linux systems (Ubuntu, Alma Linux), including patching, hardening, service management, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure system security through regular patching, vulnerability remediation, access control management, and compliance with organizational security standards.

  • Maintain and update technical documentation, SOPs, infrastructure diagrams, and compliance records.

  • Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively address bottlenecks, capacity issues, and system risks.
