Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy, support & update company software (installation, licensing, lifecycle)
• Manage renewals, vendor coordination & software records
• Support onboarding/offboarding & user provisioning
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets within SLAs
• Drive system/process improvements & ensure IT policy compliance
• Track software usage and costs
- Be available to install unplanned urgent software requests after business hours.
