Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy, support & update company software (installation, licensing, lifecycle)

- Manage renewals, vendor coordination & software records

- Support onboarding/offboarding & user provisioning

- Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets within SLAs

- Drive system/process improvements & ensure IT policy compliance

- Track software usage and costs
