Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in systems engineering with a strong focus on mechanical or mechatronic hardware.
Deep, hands-on expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) using SysML.
Proven proficiency with MagicDraw or Cameo Systems Modeler is essential.
Robust knowledge of automotive hardware systems, particularly mechanical and mechatronic systems (e.g., steering, braking, suspension, wipers, latches).
Demonstrated ability to work as a senior individual contributor, taking ownership of complex technical domains.
Experience within the automotive industry and familiarity with its development processes and standards (e.g, ASPICE, ISO 26262).
