Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire SX (Solvent Extraction) and EW (Electrowinning) circuit, ensuring smooth operation of pumping systems, ponds, mixer-settlers, tanks, and rectifiers.
Regularly test and fine-tune flow rates, chemical dosing, and pH levels to maintain optimal copper recovery and current efficiency.
Maintain cathode quality by ensuring smooth operation of the plant, cell maintenance, and conducting cathode harvesting with care and precision.
Always follow site safety protocols and environmental regulations. Participate in routine safety checks, audits, and risk assessments.
