- Waste Disposal: Regular emptying and cleaning of outdoor trash bins.
- Surface Maintenance: Removal of fallen leaves, dust, and discarded litter.
- Hazard Management: Immediate cleanup of spills or glass fragments.
- Tool Upkeep: Daily cleaning and storage of brooms, dustpans, and carts.
- Safety Coordination: Placement of warning signs during cleaning operations.
- Incident Reporting: Feedback to management regarding property damage or security concerns.
