SVIP Operations

We are seeking a highly professional and service-oriented SVIP Operations & Merchant Partnership Specialist to join our IMO Voice Room team. This role is responsible for managing high-value users (SVIP), coordinating pricing and relationships with coin sellers/merchants, and supporting event initiatives within the voice-chat sector. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the social audio or livestreaming industry.
Key Responsibilities
1.SVIP Client Management
-Provide dedicated 1:1 service support for SVIP clients, ensuring a premium and seamless user experience.
-Build long-term relationships with high-value users and proactively identify their needs.
-Implement and optimize SVIP service processes to enhance satisfaction and retention.
2. Merchant Coordination
-Manage communication and partnerships with merchant/seller across various regions.
