About the Role

This is how you WOW:

Perform Project Management responsibilities on NPD projects as assigned, working with the team members to assure project success. This management is to begin at the assigning of the New Product Development Team, and is to continue through the state of production on the last of the model variations, including the closing of the Project File and the documenting of all “Lessons Learned” activities

Assures the correct use of applicable New Product Development tools, including QFD type activities, FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), DFMA (Design for Manufacturability), and testing

Balances the requirements of Marketing (Business view point), Engineering (Technical view point), and Industrial Design (Customer view point), resolving conflicts between these different views when required
