Survey CAD/ VDC Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Process survey data and develop deliverables using Trimble Business Center, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and related tools
• Generate surfaces, alignments, and construction layout files
• Produce as‑built drawings, topographic plans, and quantity outputs
• Support data preparation for field crews and machine control workflows

Reality Capture & QA/QC Integration

• Process and manage point cloud data from 3D laser scanning platforms
• Perform as‑built vs design comparisons and tolerance analysis
• Support QA/QC workflows including pre‑pour verification, embed checks, and structural validation
• Assist in integrating scan data into CAD and BIM environments

VDC / BIM Coordination Support

• Support model coordination and integration using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks
