Drive the development and adoption of PRESERFLO MicroShunt in the EEU cluster (incl. as well selected countries in DMK cluster e.g. Slovenia, Croatia, Greece). 
Coach, supervise and mentor the Surgical Partners to strengthen market impact and to provide personal development.
Achieve personal, country sales targets. Precisely track countries and SPs performance.
