Purpose Statement: The Training Team Lead will guide and support a high-performing training team in delivering targeted and impactful technical education.This role involves coordinating training activities, providing mentorship to trainers, and ensuring the successful implementation of training programs.Focuses on optimizing team dynamics and fostering a collaborative learning environment.Key Job Accountabilities:- Develop, execute, and analyze functional training for various stakeholders as well as partner with Human Resources and Business Leaders to identify and address training needs.
- Collaborate with the HR Management System team to optimize the use and continuous improvement of the learning management system.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with organizational needs, operational requirements, and the organization's training strategy.
