Summary
The Timetabling and Examinations Office at the University of Birmingham is seeking to appoint non-student Supporting Invigilators to assist with the invigilation of examinations during the University’s centrally managed examination periods for the 2026 academic year.
We are primarily recruiting invigilators to support the following centrally managed exam periods:
These periods exclude UK public holidays.
Successful applicants will be required to be available for a minimum of 14 days during the Main Summer examination period and at least 7 days during the Supplementary examination period. Shifts will be allocated based on individual availability.
