Job Overview

Support Worker – Lincolnshire Community Supported Living service, Bourne (PE10 9HU). Salary £13.12 per hour; 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide person‑centred support to adults living in Supported Living, helping them live independently and move towards independent accommodation.
• Assist with medication, community access and domestic tasks.
• Build positive relationships with service users and colleagues to maintain a supportive environment.
• Adapt to changing client needs and utilise practical care skills.
