About the Role
Support Worker Contract £12.71 per hour. Full time and part time hours available. Day shifts and night shifts available. Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided. 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).
Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will provide high quality, person-centred support within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs. You will support residents with daily routines, including personal care, mobility and mealtimes, helping to maintain independence while ensuring safety, comfort and dignity at all times. You will respond sensitively to changing needs, contributing to a calm, stable and supportive environment.
