As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll support people with disabilities to live safely, confidently, and independently in their own homes and community.
Your day may include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Manual handling and routine assistance
- Supporting clients to attend appointments and community activities
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and social connection
- Working as part of a respectful, inclusive team
