Support Worker

At Nova Care Group, we support young people on paths that put their safety and wellbeing at risk, giving them a genuine opportunity to change direction.

The young people we support have been through a lot and show this through challenging behaviours. But for us, that’s not the full picture because behind every behaviour is a story and a chance to make a difference.

We don’t follow a one‑size‑fits‑all approach to care. As a Support Worker, you’ll not only meet young people’s needs but also become their role model, coach and mentor. You’ll lead by example, know how to de‑escalate and create a sense of safety, even in the most challenging situations.
