About The Role:

Our programs assist young people to learn social skills, independent living skills including cooking and travel training, with plenty of focus on creativity and wellbeing too. You will be supporting participants to access to the community and engage with peers.
In this role, you will:
- Provide personal care that promotes dignity and independence as required (e.g. showering, toileting, continence support).
- Support safe manual handling and mobility using hoists and other aids.
- Follow individual care plans to meet health needs such as epilepsy or wound care.
