About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centred support to individuals that require In Home Support Services within the areas of Yeppoon, Gracemere and Rockhampton. Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance essential for this role. to our client based in Yeppoon that requires In Home Support every day in mornings. Your role is integral to helping clients achieve their NDIS goals and live fulfilling, independent lives.

Casual hours and available for variety of shifts including morning, afternoons and weekends. Must have reliable vehicle to travel to clients based in Yeppoon and Gracemere. Good general availability over Mondays to Fridays and weekends.
