Female Support Worker Required With Personal Car.
Job Responsibilities:
- Personal Care Assistance
- Community Access
Educational Requirement:A Certificate IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
Documents and other Requirements:
- Working With Children's Check (Employee)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Driver' License & your own car
- Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate
- Police Check
The client needs assistance with daily tasks, personal care and community access. Support worker is required to have a car to take the client and his foldable wheelchair. Also, the client has a fall history, the care worker needs to be strong enough to help the client with any trips and prevent falls.
Weekly 20 hours of service at Campbelltown. Everyday service will be for 4hours for 5days a week. Service Location is at Campbell...
