We are currently looking to recruit a self‑motivated and enthusiastic support worker to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities within their own homes.
Responsibilities
You will make a difference to the quality of a person's life by supporting them with their daily living activities.
Which can include:
- Intimate personal care: showering/bathing, dressing or undressing, assisting with toileting
- Administering medication and support with meal preparation to enable individuals to get the most from their daily life
- You will understand the importance of social inclusion, promoting independence and enabling positive life choices
