The Role
Reporting into the Technical Support Manager, you will be interfacing with customers to assist in the use of our hardware and software, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
What will I be delivering?
- Daily technical customer support
- The role is to explain to customers how to make the most of what is a complex technologies.
- This can involve setting up systems in the lab to replicate application our customer are trying to setup.
- It is also a case where application notes/ white paper will have to be written
- You will be working with a team of engineer based in LA , Woburn or the UK
