About the Role
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Eagle STAR/PACE application and their modules, maintaining high availability and performance standard.
- Support and troubleshoot IT systems, network infrastructure, and data management environments.
- Rapidly identify, triage, and resolve issues related to Reference Data and Eagle investment systems, escalating complex problems appropriately.
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential issues to ensure system uptime.
- Respond effectively to incidents, maintaining detailed documentation of issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
