Are you interested to work from home for a well known multinational as a 2nd level support specialist?
Our global client, with offices around the world and about 20,000 employees, is looking for a support specialist for their financial products and services.
They are looking for someone who is able to work from either 16.30-00.30 or 00.30-9.30 to cover support for their offices/clients overseas.
The person will get fully trained and as it is 2nd level, support is mostly done by e-mail and in urgent case by phone (all inbound).
What they offer:
– Work from home from either 16.30-00.30 or 00.30-9.30, five days per week (Mon-Fri) and one Sunday per month.
– Get fully trained on their well known but non-complex products and services which are used by their large international clients worldwide.
