The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled Support Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in Brisbane office. In this role, you will be the go-to technical expert for troubleshooting and resolving issues across our complex software ecosystem. Your responsibilities will span from triaging support tickets and queries to conducting technical investigations including:
You will work across multiple domains, including:
Work across multiple domains of software development using Java, C++, Python and TypeScript and operating systems such as Linux.
Maintain cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, working with modern networking protocols and APIs (AWS, CDK, GitHub Actions).
Use configuration and scripting languages to automate and optimize systems (JSON, XML, Bash, Python).
