About the Role

No visa sponsorship. Looking for locals in Malaysia.
•Knowledge of network, TCP/IP, VoIP, with development background
•Minimum 10 years of experience in telecommunication area
•Experience with products like GPON, XGSPON and network management system
•Hands-on experience with containers, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
•Very strong competence with proven experience in troubleshooting complex field issues, collaborating closely with TAC and R&D teams to lead issue resolution.
•Participate in a global on-call rotation to support critical issues.
•Strong English language skills in communication, hosting meetings, problem solving.
