Support Engineer - L2

Seeking a technically strong Level 2 MSP Engineer to support and optimise client cloud and network environments.

Working in a fast-paced MSP setting, you’ll act as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers while partnering directly with customers to maintain secure, high-performing hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support across cloud and networking environments
• Escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk
• Support Azure and AWS infrastructure
• Troubleshoot networks (routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN)
• Configure/support firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Meraki or similar)
• Maintain hybrid, virtualisation, backup and DR platforms
• Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
• Maintain documentation and provide occasional onsite support
• Participate in on-call roster
