About the Role
Seeking a technically strong Level 2 MSP Engineer to support and optimise client cloud and network environments.
Working in a fast-paced MSP setting, you’ll act as the escalation point for Level 1 engineers while partnering directly with customers to maintain secure, high-performing hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support across cloud and networking environments
- Escalation point for Level 1 Service Desk
- Support Azure and AWS infrastructure
- Troubleshoot networks (routing, switching, VLANs, VPN, SD-WAN)
- Configure/support firewalls (Fortinet, Sophos, Meraki or similar)
- Maintain hybrid, virtualisation, backup and DR platforms
- Assist with cloud migrations and infrastructure projects
- Maintain documentation and provide occasional onsite support
- Participate in on-call roster
