You’ll be the first point of contact for technical queries — troubleshooting issues, resolving access challenges, and collaborating closely with engineering teams when deeper intervention is needed.

- Respond to and manage incoming IAM-related support tickets
- Troubleshoot user provisioning, access control, and authentication issues
