This is a part time 4 days per week role based in Shepparton reporting to the Team Leader Specialist Support Coordination – Disability Services.
About you
You will be a highly motivated and organized Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing support services, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective assistance and access to required services.
