We are seeking a remote Support Coordinator to join our team, helping drive the improvement of our Client's experience and the efficiency of our support team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a distributed environment, communicates proactively, and is comfortable working independently while staying highly collaborative across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily responsibilities in a remote environment including case, contact, and account management with some calls or meetings required
  • Checking multiple communication entry points and logging cases as applicable from the messages conveyed
  • Act as a backup for the Senior Support Coordinator on tools administration and monitoring
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams through virtual tools (Teams, Outlook, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Maintain clear documentation and communication to ensure alignment across time zones
