You are part of the live operation, communicating with all Wolt users - customers, couriers or restaurants - providing the best support a hungry person could wish for.
Processing incoming live chats from our customers, venues and couriers in shifts. Development of our support function together with the support team as well as other teams within Wolt. You provide both inbound and outbound support via phone calls. Proactive problem solving by monitoring order volume with our internal tools Ensuring that the delivery operation runs smoothly, in close consultation with the operations team.
