Responsibilities

• User on-boarding and off-boarding LoanIQ profile maintainence
• Updating Funding rates in LoanIQ banks financial and reputational risk
• Updating Treasury rates in LoanIQ banks financial and reputational risk
• Updating table maintenance job functions in LoanIQ.
• Perform post implementation verification and provide support at times weekends too
• Ensuring process is followed to the T as all LoanIQ updates are audited
• Monitoring LoanIQ Support for issues, triaging issues with Users, analysing the issue and providing the issue with the vendor
• Work closely with developers to investigate and triage the issues and resolve it
• Work under strict SLA defined by the team
