About the Role
- Conduct in-depth industrial and operational assessments using structured methodologies such as 8D, Pareto analysis, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Develop, negotiate, and execute supplier recovery and development plans with defined milestones, timelines, and measurable performance improvements
- Establish and maintain real-time Work in Progress (WIP) visibility to ensure production commitments are supported by physical inventory and capacity evidence
- Drive industrial stabilization and capability development to align supplier processes with Safran’s technical, quality, and volume requirements
- Lead corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks and prevent recurrence of delivery or performance issues
- Provide structured executive-level reporting, including performance status, risk assessments, and improvement progress to Safran General Management and supplier leadership
