Global Deployment & Allocation

• Oversee Intercompany (Interco) and STR/STO maintenance processes, ensuring timely creation and accuracy of STR/STO/POs, and troubleshoot system issues preventing expected document generation.
• Lead Supply S&OE planning to align on purchase order creation and amendments according to due dates.
• Drive global allocation management during shortages or surpluses, ensuring compliance with Global Business guidelines.
• Act as escalation support for regional issues to the global team.
• Provide accurate supply visibility and recovery timelines.
• Report and communicate inventory status, SKU supply updates, and allocation details to regional teams.
• Manage drop shipments and direct shipments from manufacturing sites and global source DCs to regional/country DCs and customers (customer drop shipment details to be defined).
