About the Role
Supply Chain & Logistics Manager – Summary This role leads all supply chain, purchasing, logistics, and warehouse functions within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include developing and executing supply chain strategies, managing procurement and vendor relationships, overseeing transportation and distribution, maintaining MRP/ERP data integrity, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods. The position supervises Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse teams, negotiates supplier contracts, analyzes performance metrics to drive efficiency, and implements process improvements to reduce costs while maintaining compliance with ISO 13485, FDA, and other regulatory standards. It also supports quality functions including CAPA, nonconformance management, complaints, and material compliance documentation.
