Work closely with merchandising, and logistics teams to align supply with demand. Allocate stock to stores based on accurate demand forecasts, seasonality trends, and promotional activities. Ensure allocation decisions support optimal stock levels and minimize waste.

Update and maintain accurate data in ERP/inventory systems to ensure auto-replenishment logic runs effectively. Regularly validate system parameters to prevent errors in replenishment.

Monitor stores maintain healthy stock levels to meet customer demand without overstocking. Track and manage On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery performance to ensure timely and complete deliveries.

Continuously monitor store auto-replenishment results and exception reports (OOS risk, overstock risk, abnormal orders)

Identify top risk stores/items and drive follow-up actions to improve availability and reduce expiry losses.
