Lead the Supply Chain Development vertical within Supply Chain:
- Strategize and drive implementation of Region Supply Chain Master Plan, identifying key priorities in line with PS3 Plan
- Drive Continuous Improvement and FOX program initiatives (KK, 5S, Process Mapping etc.) in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Steer Governance, Risk and Compliance across functions within Supply Chain in consistency with Group Standards
