Supply Chain Coordinator

• Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth and effective supply chain operations
• Handles purchasing-related administrative tasks, including order tracking and record keeping
• Reviews purchase requests and prepares Purchase Orders (P.O.)
• Monitors inventory and recommends improvements to enhance efficiency
• Ensures proper filing and safekeeping of documents at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar applications
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to handle multiple tasks and recommend solutions to resolve issues
