- Invoice booking process
- Creating orders in SAP for products and services
- Need to deal with domestic and International vendors
- Good skills of price negotiations with domestic and international vendors
- Need to work with vendors for delivery follow up
- Deal with Regional team for deliveries and customer escalation
- Co-ordination with internal teams for billing/Despatches
- Knowledge of warehousing, stores, inventory
- Customs clearance
- Imports shipments movement
- Imports freight forwarders
- Handing Local transporters
- Good knowledge of processing bills in SAP hana in SD module
