About the Role

Responsibilities
Provide technical advice and strategic guidanceon all matters related to health commodities and supply chain management, including GRA policies and Department of State-supported assistance to public and private sector entities. 
Review and provide feedback on Implementing Partner work plans, reports, scopes of work, and technical deliverables, ensuring strategic alignment with Angola’s national health priorities and project objectives. 
Support the development and implementation of sustainable supply chain systems (. eLMIS, site level inventory and management, quantification tools, warehouse management, , focusing on capacity building, institutional strengthening, and reduction of external dependency. 
Oversee and provide input into activities related to optimize financing, forecasting, procurement, warehousing, distribution, quality assurance, and information management systems.
