As the Regional Supply and Transportation Administrator, you’ll be tasked with processing invoices and reconciling transactions while ensuring timely customer communications. With attention to detail and strong organizational skills, you will manage purchase orders and maintain data integrity in the ADDS system. Collaboration with regional teams and effective problem-solving will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receipt and review all SP truck loads
• Investigate discrepancies with external carriers
• Create and manage purchase orders in ADDS
• Reconcile daily outstanding purchase orders
