Supplier Quality Manager

What you’ll do:

This role leads the Supplier Quality Function, developing quality strategies and objectives to improve supplier quality. Participates in the creation of supplier quality strategy with global procurement. The role ensures suppliers meet customer expectations, addresses supplier issues promptly, sets objectives to improve supplier performance in line with company policies, develops the Supplier Quality team, and is accountable for key quality performance results. Maintain link to the divisional level (Electrical Sector EMEA) and to the Corporate support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordinating Supplier Quality Management (mainly 3-Phase UPS in Vantaa, Finland)
• Develops and maintains supplier relationships to ensure supplier quality, on-time delivery and service level
