Supplier Quality Engineer

Basic requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years working experience in supplier quality management in the field of electronic parts. Familiar with PCBA manufacturing process including SMT, AOI, XRAY, ICT, FCT etc, with a strong technical background
Product and process auditing experience, management system auditing experience with ISO 9001
Familiar with quality tools such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC
Language requirements: Fluent in both spoken and written language
Self-driven and self-motivated to learn and coach others to produce results
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (~ 30% of the time)
Understand automotive industry quality practices such as VDA 6.3
Strong background in electronics engineering and/or material sciences
