+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in quality, reliability or product engineering.
+ 4 years of experience in SSD manufacturing processes.
+ Experience with hardware in industries such as servers, automotive, or aerospace.
+ Experience with SSD technologies, including SSD test processes.
+ Ability to travel up to 15% of the time as required.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
