About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of solar trackers and fixed-tilt racking systems based in the United States. We are currently hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer in Thailand, who will be responsible for driving quality control processes with suppliers and vendors, and managing raw material, in-process, and outgoing quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute quality plans and perform inspections at supplier sites
- Analyze quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and approve quality documentation (FAI, PDI, MDCC)
- Drive continuous quality improvement using 8D, 7QC, SPC, MSA, CP/Cpk
- Conduct product and process audits; identify and close non-conformances
- Train suppliers and inspectors on quality standards
- Manage TPI and inspection team to achieve quality objectives
