Job Description

Responsible for Power Tool Accessory mass production quality as well as supplier process audit/open item follow-up/driving continuous improvement.
Support NPD activities, including process audit, FAI, and open items follow-up with local suppliers by coordinating with PRC

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct pre-shipment inspection(PSI) by WI, and compile the PSI report
• Follow up the PSI findings by NCMR and SCAR through QMS online.
• Handle NCMR by initiating an MRB meeting and report to the category lead for further support.
• Create and report to the category leader to create a SCAR in QMS for CAPA.
• Supplier education ( process control plan, SQP, SPC, measuring methodology, inspection plan, WI, gage etc)
