Job Description:
- To handle daily incoming quality issue with supplier & production.
- To follow up SCAR with suppliers for quality issues.
- To develop and enhance part verification capabilities.
- To review new part approval at approval process and establish IQC Inspection Checklist for incoming inspection.
- To monitor & evaluate supplier quality performances and request supplier for continual improvement.
- To plan & conduct for supplier development program such as site audit or training.
- To analyze quality data and plan for quality improvement to meet departmental KPIs & Quality System.
- To identify training needs, plan & provide training to leader / inspectors.
- To approve Part Approval Sheet, to accept or reject incoming inspection lot.
- To review New Supplier Qualification.
