As a Supplier EngineeringDirector, you will lead the companies Supplier Development efforts. In this role, youwill coordinate cross-functional resources, develop systems to evaluate andimprove supplier capabilities, and drive enhancements across our supplier base,primarily in Asia. You Will also lead critical capability-building and improvementprojects to ensure high-quality, on-time supplier performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own supplier evaluation criteria and scoring.Criteria should establish suppliers ability to meet Quality, delivery andcost needs.
• Drive new supplier selection with a disciplined androbust qualification process.
