Summary About the Position: Serve as the Supervisory Telecommunications Specialist, GS-0391-13 for Contingency Operations in the Exercise Planning Branch, supervising contractors and military Communications Planners. This position is located on Patch Barracks in Vaihingen, Germany. Responsibilities Provide input to concept, operation, and exercise plans (CONPLAN, OPLAN, EXPLAN) of Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR), US European Command (EUCOM), Special Operations Command (SOCOM). Responsible for the planning, development, and coordination of supporting telecommunications/command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence (C4I) plans, orders, and annexes in order for the command to facilitate operational plans.
