Summary About the Position: This position is with the Defense Commissary Agency, Wiesbaden Commissary located in Wiesbaden, Germany. The incumbent serves as the first line supervisor and manager of the Front-End Department of a Commissary store, responsible for all aspects of planning, scheduling, coordinating and controlling front end activities and personnel, and controlling all funds received and deposited daily as part of the front-end department operations. Responsibilities Direct and control the operations and personnel of the commissary front end customer service department. Monitor and supervise all register transactions. Modify schedules based on personnel capabilities, planned and emergency leave schedules, and position vacancies. Evaluate work performance of subordinates.
